- Take a virtual field trip of the Johnson Space Center
- Take a virtual field trip of a manufacturing facility
- Visit the Great Wall of China
- Explore the National Parks with Google
Learn a new skill
- Download Duolingo, or a similar app, and teach yourself a foreign language
- Learn calligraphy. YouTube can help
- Teach yourself how to type using Typing Club or typing.com
Workout
- There are tons of Youtube channels with great workouts
- Corepower Yoga is offering free classes on demand
- The Down Dog app is offering all of their apps – Down Dog, Yoga for Beginners, HIIT, Barre, and 7 Minute Workout – completely free until May 1st
- Planet Fitness has free daily workouts on their Facebook page
Take care of yourself
- Make a list of things for which you are grateful
- Morning meditation with Jellyfish from the Monterey Bay Aquarium
- Check out the Calm app for free guided meditations
- Take a nap
- GO OUTSIDE! You are still allowed to walk around outside. Spending time in nature is good for your health
- Take a shower, change your clothes, take care of yourself
- Make a vision board
Connect with friends

Get cultured
- Have you ever been to the Opera? Now you can hear free live audio streams of the New York Metropolitan Opera
- Listen to the Seattle Symphony or the Detroit Symphony Orchestra
- Visit the Louvre
- Use Google Street View to visit the Guggenheim Museum, The National Gallery of Art and the National Museum of Anthropology in Mexico City
